The project creates contemporary, intimate and welcoming spaces within a vernacular typology; The wide courtyards, corridors, the order and symmetry of walls and columns were emulated, as well as the symbiosis between interior and exterior spaces present in the ancient constructions of the region.

The pool space was conceived as a kind of flooded cloister, in the center is the pool and around it, a series of columns and perimeter terraces that are reminiscent of the central courtyards of the estates of the region. To the side, a small outdoor terrace connects with a bar and the bathroom area. The central patio of the project with typical vegetation of the area generates interior views in the path of the corridors to enter the units.
